You agree not to use Circuvent Mail to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

• Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful software.

4. Service Availability

We strive for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect availability.

5. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all content you create, send, or store in Circuvent Mail. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may also delete your account at any time through account settings.

7. Limitation of Liability

Circuvent Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
